Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Wudhouse website or placing an order with us. By accessing or using this website, or by purchasing any product through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the policies referred to in them.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website or place an order through it.

In these Terms & Conditions, “Wudhouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Wudhouse, and “you” or “your” refers to the person accessing the website or purchasing our products.

1. ABOUT WUDHOUSE

Wudhouse is a modern furniture brand specialising in sofas and other furniture designed for contemporary homes.

Our products may be available in standard configurations as well as with selected customisation options, including fabrics, colours, dimensions and finishes, depending on the product.

Because furniture is made using natural and textile-based materials and may involve handcrafted processes, minor variations in colour, texture, grain, finish and appearance may occur. Such variations may not constitute a defect.

2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, materials and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.

However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device and lighting conditions. Product photographs are intended to represent the product and may not always reproduce its exact colour, texture or finish.

Dimensions displayed on the website may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Product Availability

Products displayed on the website may be subject to availability.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or temporarily suspend the availability of any product without prior notice.

If we are unable to fulfil an order that you have placed, we will communicate the same and process the applicable refund or alternative arrangement.

Pricing & Taxes

All product prices displayed on the website are subject to applicable taxes and other charges, as indicated during checkout or communicated to you before order confirmation.

Wudhouse reserves the right to correct pricing, product or specification errors where they occur.

Customised Products

Certain Wudhouse products may be customised based on the options selected by you.

Once a customised order has been confirmed and production has commenced, changes, cancellations or returns may be subject to restrictions because the product is being made specifically according to your requirements.

Any applicable cancellation, modification, return or refund terms for customised products will be communicated before or at the time of order confirmation.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Placing an order through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.

An order will be considered confirmed only after Wudhouse has accepted the order and, where applicable, received the required payment or advance payment.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, inability to fulfil the order, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the transaction.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

4. CUSTOMISATION

We believe furniture should work with your home rather than the other way around.

Where customisation is offered, you may be able to select from options such as:

  • Fabric

  • Colour

  • Dimensions

  • Finish

  • Other product-specific specifications

The customisation options available will depend on the individual product.

Customisation requests outside the options displayed on the website may be subject to additional confirmation, pricing and production requirements.

Once a custom order has been approved for production, modifications may not be possible.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery timelines displayed or communicated by Wudhouse are estimates and may vary depending on the product, customisation, production schedule, location, logistics and other circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the communicated timeframe.

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control will not be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for receiving the ordered furniture.

Any specific requirements relating to building access, stairs, lifts, narrow entrances or other site conditions should be communicated to Wudhouse before delivery.

Additional delivery or handling requirements arising from site conditions may be subject to additional charges where applicable.

6. INSPECTION AT DELIVERY

You should inspect the product at the time of delivery and notify Wudhouse as soon as reasonably possible if you notice any visible damage or issue.

Where required, we may request photographs, videos or other information to assess a reported issue.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

7. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are subject to Wudhouse’s applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Products made or customised specifically according to a customer’s requirements may be subject to different cancellation, return or refund conditions.

Before placing an order for a customised product, customers should review the applicable terms communicated by Wudhouse.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the applicable payment method and within the timeframe communicated by Wudhouse.
